Cancellation Policy
We have a cancellation policy for 95% of our itineraries, which means you can cancel your booking before the scheduled date to request a cancellation.
To be eligible for a cancellation, a written request of cancellation must be sent to Skyward Journey via email at service@skywardjourney.com. A certain cancellation fee will be charged as follows:

| 20-30 days | $50 deposit is non-refundable |
| 7-20 days | 50% refund |
| 3-7 days | 30% refund |
| Within 48 hours | 10% refund |
Note:
- Cancellation policy exclude specific itineraries, which will have their own specified cancellation terms separately in itinerary introduction.
- Cancellation fee imposed by service providers, like cruises, hotels, airlines, railways, etc, rather than Skyward Journey.
- Traveler changes are considered as trip cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees.
- If itinerary changes result from the traveler's personal reasons, no refund will be issued for unused services after the start of trip. In exceptional cases, a partial refund may be granted upon mutual consent.
- Clouds* membership enjoy more flexible cancellation and refund policies. For details, please refer to the Clouds* Membership program page.
To start a cancellation, you can contact us at service@skywardjourney.com. Please note that cancellation request shall include: order ID, customer name, cancel reason(optional). Our support team will review it within 48 business hours.
Deposit & Payment
A full payment is required before trip departure date. The deadline for full payment is 15 days prior to departure date of scheduled itinerary.
Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
