Please note: Skyward Journey sells digital travel services and experiences (e.g. tours, activities, bookings). We do not ship physical items. All services are delivered electronically via email or our platform.

How Your Service is Delivered

  1. Booking Confirmation & Invoice Delivery

    • After payment, you’ll receive an instant email confirmation with your order details.

    • You’ll receive a service invoice/contract(PDF) via email once we receive your balance payment, which containing:

      • Booking ID

      • Experience details (e.g. date, time, meeting point, accommodation standard, vehicle standard, meals, guide)

      • Customer support contacts

  2. Accessing Your Service

    • Find Skyward pickup sign at meeting point.
    • Present your passport to the guide when you meet him/her.

    • Enjoy your journey with our warm treating!

Processing Timelines
